About this rug
This 4x8'7 ft vintage Baluch rug was hand knotted in the 1970s in Herat city, Afghanistan by skilled Taimani weavers. Its dense tribal pattern features a rich repeating geometric motif in classic Turkmen style, perfect for collectors and lovers of authentic nomadic design.
The rug is woven with natural wool and dyed in a beautiful blend of rust orange, burgundy, black, green, and ivory. With its narrow and long proportions, it's an excellent choice for hallways, entryways, or outdoor covered areas. It’s in excellent condition, maintaining a strong structure and deep, even colors throughout.
